The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has made its decision on the acquisition of Parus Holding LLC through Ola Fine LLC, a company owned by Maxim Krippa with the help of ARS Capital.

This information was included in the report on the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee published on November 30.

According to data obtained from the YouControl service, Ola Fine LLC will be able to control Parus Holding.

Businessman Vadym Stolar owns 80% of Parus Holding's shares through the Genesis Foundation. The remaining 20% belong to his ex-wife Inna Maistruk through the Stream Investment fund. Market experts note that this is an important event in the real estate market, reflecting the strategic movements of the owners of investment assets in Kyiv.
